KEY FEATURES

REDUCE CLEAN-UP TIME RUN FASTER PRODUCTION LESS DOWNTIME LINE CLEANING

The Model 633 Table and Sludge Tank Workstation from Mass Finishing is designed specifically for the finishing industry. Made out of PVC and anodized aluminum, this table/sludge tank combo makes for convenient cleanup. It is the perfect addition to any finishing operation. With a tough frame built out of anodized aluminum and PVC, this workstation can take a beating and is easily cleaned off with the spray of a water hose.

Finishing parts with certain types of media can generate a thick mixture consisting of worn down pieces of media and the imperfections of your parts. Having an area where you can rinse off parts quickly can speed up your operation and make the process easier for workers. Multiple shelving gives the operators space to set things like chemical cleaners, towels and tools.

The three-compartment sludge tank below the sink on the table acts as the first line of treatment in your waste-water system. The baffles on the tank allow water to overflow from one compartment to the next while leaving heavy metals and solids behind. By the time it reaches the third compartment the water is easily pumped out. Once the sludge tank is filled, its swivel wheels allow you to roll it into an area that will make it easy to clean out.

Drain Pans Designed for HZ Series Machines

Drain Pans from MFI are constructed using iron and stainless steel. With a drain pan the operator can simply spray down finished barrels and wash media down into the separator below. With eight inches of depth, it’s like having a giant catch-can underneath your machine. The waste-water can then be pumped out of the pan and into a sludge tank or treatment system. Eliminating downtime in your Mass Finishing process is a key to running a profitable operation. Adding a drain pan underneath your Centrifugal Barrel Finishing machine allows you to rinse your parts and clean out barrels with a water hose right at your machine without worrying about the mess.

The MFI Drain Pan option features stainless steel, anti-slip, removable floor grates, and an eight-inch-deep reservoir to catch waste water from your HZ High Enter machine and separator. Once the pan is filled, the water can be easily pumped into a sludge tank or waste-water system for treatment. These pans also feature fork-lift slots to allow you to pick up the entire machine and pan and move it if necessary.

The steel-grate floor is a great safety measure to give the operator sure footing while working around soap compounds and round media. Each pan is specially designed to accommodate the machine and separator combination.
