The speed and accuracy of the latest CNC Swiss machines can be truly mesmerizing to watch. Starting with bar stock 12’ long, a well-equipped Swiss CNC with live tooling can turn out components with features in opposing axis’ at speeds to make your head spin. As with the sample shown here, many of the parts require a minor cut and polish to remove any minute burrs or machining lines to make the parts ready for assembly or any downstream coating.
